5240/5300 Series TECSource
The TECSource temperature controllers bring precision temperature control with a
high contrast VFD display and standard computer interfaces in an economic design. All
of our 5200/5300 TECSources feature ultra-stable performance and fully adjustable PID
control. The 5300 Series TECSource adds multiple sensor support, an integrated fan
power supply, and up to 120W of TEC power.

/ 12V) of power, or the 5310, with 120 watts (10A / 12V) of power, to drive any Peltier cooler, even high power applica-

The new 6300 Series ComboSource Laser Diode Controller offers the best of both
worlds: a high accuracy, low noise laser driver and a powerful 60W temperature control-
ler, all in one compact instrument. The 6300 ComboSource was born from the proven
technology of our LaserSource and TECSource products, and includes several improve-
ments making it our flagship product, providing outstanding performance at a price that
does not kill your budget.

The ComboSource laser driver has features you would expect, such as safety interlock, ESD protection, and hardware limit circuits
for current and voltage. In addition, the ComboSource has unique features not found on competing products including optically isolated
photodiode and modulation inputs, programmable PD bias, and a constant voltage control mode.
The ComboSource temperature controller provides 60W of TEC control and supports all common sensor inputs (thermistor, RTD,
AD590, and LM335), including a 4-wire RTD mode. With the same excellent stability and performance as our 5305 TECSource, the
ComboSource supports a broad range of temperature control applications.
